At Exotic Furniture, we make sure your order arrives just as beautifully as it was crafted. Our delivery process is simple, clear, and designed to get your furniture to you safely and efficiently.

Shipping Options

Essentials Delivery (Free on orders $399+)

Perfect for simple deliveries when you're okay handling the setup yourself.

Includes:

  • Curbside or Front Door Delivery (ground level)
  • No appointment required
  • Tracking information provided
  • No signature required
  • No unpacking or placement

Comfort Delivery – In-Home Service (Starting at $79)

Ideal for apartments or larger pieces—our team brings it inside so you don’t have to lift a finger.

Includes:

  • Two-person delivery team
  • Furniture placed in your room of choice (up to 2 flights of stairs)
  • Delivery scheduling & confirmation via email or phone
  • Signature required
  • No unpacking or assembly
  • Delivery status updates with 30-minute arrival alert

Signature White-Glove Delivery + Setup (Starting at $169)

Our most premium option, made for busy lifestyles and those who want it all done—right.

Includes:

  • Scheduled appointment at your convenience
  • Unpacking and full assembly by expert team
  • Furniture placed in your desired room
  • Signature required
  • Return-friendly: keep packaging just in case
  • Note: Our team will not install items that alter your walls or require special hardware (mounting, lighting, etc.)

Delivery Schedule

Once your order is ready, we’ll contact you to schedule a delivery. Most deliveries take place Monday through Friday, between 9 AM and 6 PM.

Smaller items may be shipped via UPS or FedEx without the need for scheduling. You’ll receive tracking information as soon as your order ships.

Out-of-Area Shipping

If your location falls outside of our standard service area, such as remote or less accessible zones, additional shipping charges may apply. If this applies to your order, we will contact you for approval before proceeding.

We stand behind the quality of our products. If something doesn’t meet your expectations, we’re here to help resolve it.

Order Cancellations

If your order hasn’t shipped yet, you may cancel it for a full refund. To do so, log in to your account and submit a cancellation request. A member of our team will confirm once the cancellation has been processed.

Please note that even if you haven't received a shipping email, your order may already be in transit. Once an item has shipped, it is no longer eligible for free cancellation. If you cancel an order while it is in transit, return shipping fees will apply.

Returns

If your purchase isn’t a perfect fit, you have 15 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

Return shipping costs will vary based on your location and the item. We do not charge restocking fees.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused and in like-new condition
  • Items must be unassembled and returned in original packaging
  • No stains, odors, pet damage, or signs of use
  • Only items purchased directly from exoticfurniture.com are eligible
  • Final sale or clearance items cannot be returned

If delivery is refused for reasons unrelated to damage (such as sizing or a change of mind), return shipping charges will be deducted from your refund. We strongly recommend reviewing product dimensions before placing your order.

How to Start a Return

To begin a return, please use [insert link to return form or contact page]. Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions and a shipping quote.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected (within approximately 72 hours), we’ll process your refund.

Please allow up to 4 weeks for the full refund process. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout, and you’ll receive an email confirmation when the refund has been completed.

For security reasons, refunds cannot be issued to a different payment method.

Reporting Damages

If your item arrives damaged, you must report it within 24 hours of delivery. To do so, complete the form at [insert damage claim link]. Reports submitted after this window may not be eligible for return or replacement.
